Our Advanced Testing Lab
To guarantee maximum safety factor and avoid on-site spillages, every production batch goes through rigorous testing protocols. We analyze:
- Tensile Strength Testing: Fabric, webbings, and seams are loaded to destruction to verify maximum capacity.
- UV Accelerated Aging: Tapes are exposed to simulated sunlight to ensure retention of strength under sunlight.
- Rig Drop Test: Fully loaded bags are dropped from specified heights to ensure structural durability.
- Sift-Proof Testing: Making sure fine chemicals do not leak from seams.
